  • At Bambuu Baby, we create our products using 100% bamboo, making them incredibly soft, eco-friendly, and gentle on your baby's sensitive skin. We believe that by taking proper care is key to preserving the luxurious feel and quality of your Bambuu products.

    By following the right care instructions, you'll not only keep the fabric as cosy as the first time you touched it, but also extend the life of the product, so you can enjoy it for even longer.

    • Machine or hand wash at 30 degrees (cool wash) or 40 degrees (warm wash) on a gentle spin.

    • Use natural soaps or gentle detergents (without enzymes or bleach).

    • No need for Fabric softener as its soft enough already! This may only change the texture.

    • Where possible, do not wash with any other items, as other brands products can use dyes that can run onto our fabrics.

    • Simply hang up to dry (folded in half) to avoid distorting the fabric or try a gentle tumble dry on a low heat.

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours for all UK deliveries using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour service.

    *Postage costs will vary according to total weight of order.

    Orders are collected Monday- Friday, Excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. However, we will endeavour to get this dispatched even on non-collection days.

  • We hope you're delighted with your purchase! However, if you change your mind, you can contact us at info@bambuubaby.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to assist with your return.

    Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order, and items should be in their original packaging, in an unused and unwashed condition.

    Please note, we charge a £3 return processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the items are faulty.

    For international returns, customers are responsible for providing a tracked return label to ensure the items reach us safely.
